Healing With Clay
Healing With Clay
Art heals in silence and connects without words.
Here, we document how art finds its way into the gaps between emotions and life. From authentic observations in pottery classes to connections with psychological theory, we share: how teenagers express their emotions through creativity; the moments of change in children with ADHD, anxiety, and autism; the practical applications of mindfulness, sensory integration, and expressive art therapy; and our reflections and questions: Can art heal? This is an invitation to the world to witness how art gently supports a person's inner self.
